Pilot Contact Form

To get an MDM site set up for your Pilot, we need the name of the Utility and the name and email of one Utility Contact that will be using MDM. When the site is created, we will email a password to the Utility Contact that they can change. After the first contact is setup, you or the Utility can add as many more contacts as desired.  

Please allow 72 business hours for MDM site creation. You will be able to manually enter Pilot accounts after the site is up and running.
