SMS Terms: RG3 Meter Alarm Text Alerts

Program

RG3 Meter Company, a trade name of RG-5 Company, LP ("RG3"), sends automated text alerts to utility staff when their TeslaMDM meter data management system raises one of these critical alarms: a major leak, backflow, high or low pressure on a water or gas system, or a fixed network collector (FNC) that has not responded for 48 hours. The program sends alarm alerts only. It does not send marketing messages.

How you sign up

You sign up on our text alert sign-up page or on a signed RG3 alarm notification form or service agreement, by agreeing to receive meter alarm text messages from RG3 at your mobile number and choosing the alarms you want texts for. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Texts are sent only when an alarm you chose, and your utility has turned on, occurs. To change your alarm choices, contact RG3 at 903.753.3456.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. RG3 does not charge for alarm texts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages. To start again, reply START or sign up again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.

Privacy
